How far in advance should I reserve equipment?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events to ensure your preferred items are available. For peak season events — particularly summer weekends, holidays, and school-year end celebrations — plan on reserving 6-8 weeks ahead. Large tent structures and full bundled packages tend to book up quickly, so earlier is always better for those items.
Is the equipment cleaned and inspected before delivery?
Yes, absolutely. Every item in our inventory is professionally cleaned and safety-checked before each rental. All tables, chairs, and linens are cleaned and pressed. We take the condition of our equipment seriously so your guests have a great experience.
What is the minimum rental quantity for tables and chairs?
There is no strict minimum order quantity for tables and chairs — you can rent as few as you need. However, there is a minimum order value for delivery, so smaller orders may be subject to a flat delivery fee. All rentals are based on a standard one-day rental window, and extended rental periods are available for multi-day events. Contact us for specifics on your order size.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and breakdown?
Yes, we deliver within a defined local radius and offer setup and breakdown services. Standard delivery includes drop-off and pickup of all rented items. Full setup — including tent installation, table and chair arrangement, and equipment placement — is available as an add-on service. Breakdown and retrieval at the end of your event can also be scheduled. Delivery fees and service areas vary by location; contact us to confirm availability for your event address.
What happens if an item is damaged during my rental?
Renters are responsible for equipment while it is in their care. Normal wear is expected and covered, but damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper weather exposure may result in a repair or replacement fee. All damage must be reported at the time of pickup.
Can I add items or change my order after booking?
Yes, you can modify your order up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date at no charge, subject to item availability. Changes requested within 72 hours of delivery may incur a modification fee. Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy. We do our best to accommodate last-minute additions, so give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
